Dear Sir / Madam

In connection with the entry on 25 May 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / WE (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), B&W Kancelaria Prawna Ltd. below presents information constituting the implementation of the obligation contained in art. 13 GDPR.

  1. The administrator of your personal data is B&W Kancelaria Prawna Limited Company.

  2. Contact with the Data Administrator is possible at the e-mail address: biuro@bw-kancelaria.pl or in writing to the address of the Administrator’s seat.

  3. Your data is processed as part of the implementation of a contract for the provision of legal assistance services, which includes, inter alia, determination of the facts, formulation of legal advice, preparation of pleadings, representation in judicial and / or administrative proceedings.

  4. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR.
    In addition, your data will be processed in order for the Administrator to fulfill the obligations arising from tax regulations, which include, inter alia, issuing invoices, keeping a tax book of revenues and expenses, keeping VAT sales records, preparing tax returns and information VAT_JPK. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 clause 1 letter c RODO in connection with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 Tax Ordinance, the Act of 29 September 1994 on accounting, the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on goods and services, the Act of 26 July 1991 on income tax from natural persons.

  5. Your data may also be processed for the purpose of pursuing claims related to the contract concluded with you or defending against such claims.
    The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 clause 1 lit. f GDPR.

  6. Your processed data will be stored until the claims arising from the contract for the provision of legal advisory services expire or until the obligation to store data resulting from generally applicable laws expires.

  7. Your data may be transferred to entities processing personal data at the request of the Administrator, on the basis of an agreement concluded with the Administrator, inter alia, with an accounting office, hosting company, software provider. Data may also be forwarded to courts, public administration bodies, mediators and other public and private entities – if this is necessary for the proper implementation of the legal assistance service.

  8. Your data will not be transferred outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, unless it is necessary for the proper implementation of the legal assistance service.

  9. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify it, delete it, as well as the right to limit their processing, if this is not contrary to the provisions imposing a legal obligation requiring processing under European Union law or laws to which the Administrator is subject.

  10. Your personal data will not be profiled by the Administrator.

  11. Providing personal data in connection with the concluded contract for the provision of legal advice is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform this contract.

  12. In connection with the processing of your personal data by our Administrator, in the event of irregularities, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
